I pre-ordered a pixel 7 on 10/09 and a pixel 7 pro on 10/12, I only got $200 gift card with pixel 7 pro but $100 gift card was never delivered with pixel 7. I called customer support helpline today 11/27 and they said because I am calling after a month they can't help me. The only reason I called late because I was out of the country and just returned on 11/25. This is pathetic, they are not living up to their promotional offer that was in effect last month when I ordered the phone and not giving $100 gift card that I am entitled to as per the pre-order promotion. - Sandeep Ahuja Order number: BBY01-806684794110
