I can not see if others have replied to you- but I can state my experience. If you buy and have it shipped to you- you get the option of shipping your old phone back, and you can do this after making sure you indeed love the Pixel. To return your Pixel, you will be subject to a restocking fee however. I bought a phone two years ago and traded in a phone. That location was 90 miles away (they were the only store that had it stock). I knew almost immediately that I didn't like that phone. When I tried to call the store, I was forwarded to their call center. When I visited the store most local to me and explained the situation, they also could not contact that store- and further they told me the process of preparing your old phone you turned it wasn't a standard practice across stores. They told me the store could have already shipped out my phone (to wherever they ship these old phones), by the end of the day. It was a bad experience- except that I ended up just buying a whole other phone. But I wouldn't do that again, and don't suggest anyone physically hand in your phone in a trade unless you are 100% sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, I looked into the best buy return policy and this is what I found: The policy states that "Most new, unopened electronics can be returned within 15 days of purchase." However, there is an exception for trade-ins, which are considered "final." The Best Buy trade-in policy states that "Once your trade-in device is received and processed, the trade-in value will be applied to your purchase or refunded to you, depending on your payment method. The trade-in process is final and cannot be reversed." This means that if you purchase a Pixel at Best Buy with a trade-in and then decide to return the Pixel, you will not get your old phone back. You will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the Pixel. I hope this info helps!
