Google phones are all unlocked, so it should work. It is GSM capable. Sounds like Pure Talk is GSM based.
Pure Talk uses ATT carrier (which uses GSM technology).

For Wi-Fi 7 you might have to wait until next generation like the Google Pixel 9a or something similar.
A:AnswerGoogle makes their phones with one channel speaker on top (in a crack between the screen and the body), and the other channel on the bottom. There is also a microphone on the bottom that looks like a speaker but it is not. Some overlapping cases block the top speaker so that the music does not sound too good--be aware of this.
This phone does not have audio jack.
