If you're trying to pre-order, enter code Google in the promo code section during checkout. The trade-in value should go back up. If that doesn't work, place your order from the store; employees have access to an internal system that processes the trade-in correctly. (The offer expired 8/28/2024 for anyone reading in the future.)
