A:AnswerTo answer my own question: Just saw that the 9 Pro is finally available to pre-order now. However the $200 gift card promotion is gone, and the trade in value is still nowhere near what it was before.
Best Buy, if you don't plan on rectifying this by honoring your own promotion in good faith then you've lost my business forever.
A:AnswerYeah, confirmed with service the launch promotions are not available anymore even though the pixel 9 pro wasn't even available to purchase until today, 9/5/24. Pretty lousy and deceptive thing for Best Buy to do to customers who were waiting to order the phone on 9/4/24 (the specified date the phone would become available) with the expectation that the launch promos for the pixel 9 and pixel 9 pro xl would be available for the pixel 9 pro. Got tricked by Best Buy.
A:AnswerYou can't compare Verizons Special Financing offers with Best Buys. If you want Verizons offer got directly to Verizon. If you want Best Buys Promotion go through Best Buy. Simple. It's all Common Sense. I am sure you can finance the phone through Best Buys Credit Card.
A:AnswerIf you're trying to pre-order, enter code Google in the promo code section during checkout. The trade-in value should go back up. If that doesn't work, place your order from the store; employees have access to an internal system that processes the trade-in correctly. (The offer expired 8/28/2024 for anyone reading in the future.)
A:AnswerThe Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL should be available in store 8/22/2024. From what I've heard, the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will have a staggered release sometime later.
Honestly, I've never seen a Google foldable in store, so if that's the one you want, it's best to just order it as soon as you can.
