To answer my own question: Just saw that the 9 Pro is finally available to pre-order now. However the $200 gift card promotion is gone, and the trade in value is still nowhere near what it was before. Best Buy, if you don't plan on rectifying this by honoring your own promotion in good faith then you've lost my business forever.
