No, they cannot! I tried with 3 different laptops and phone, and would disconnect from one device when you connect to the other. You would have to disconnect from one device in order for the other device to connect to it. Tip: Most Bluetooth devices are not designed to work with services like Skype for Business, Teams, etc., if that what your plans are. Only Skype for Business Certified "Wireless" devices work properly, not even +300 Bose Headphones work properly. The Jabra Active 75t seems to work fine, but they don't fit as well as the Pixel Buds.

They will try to connect to the devices they were paired with in order, so if you want them to connect to a secondary device, you have to first make sure they're disconnected from the primary device.
