The cooling fan does help a lot. Was the main reason I upgraded from the 1st gen. I'm also using a Pixel 6 Pro. I don't hear the fan running most of the time and I'll have my phone on the stand at my desk for 2-3 hours every morning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the pixel 6 pro too and I haven't noticed it get warm...it has some sort of adaptive charging depending on when you charge the phone. During the day if I put it on the charger it knows I need to top it off and seems to charge faster... overnight when I'm sleeping it will charge it slower but it's still always ready to go in the morning when I wake up.
