Thanks for the question, DonT. You may need to deactivate your Google Fi service on the Pixel Watch 4 before you change carriers. We’d be happy to lend a hand and make sure everything goes smoothly for you — reach out to us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelwatch/gethelp?sjid=1168929876280557452-NC
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks sharing your experience Mike. You cannot change the eSim without the phone nearby anyways. I was able to "reset eSim" to remove Fi which is not good in rural areas for me so I am happy with just having a US Mobile Warp eSim active.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The watch only can store one eSIM profile at a time. If you add a 2nd eSIM, your 2 year promo for Google Fi service is removed and it can't be added back. I bought this with the thought of having 2 years of Google Fi as a backup, and then added a 2nd eSIM, and lost Google Fi. Their support only responds, "I would request you to please reach out to the Best Buy support team."
