I am unable to say if it's at the very front of the list for updates, but seeing as it's new and a Chromebook made by Google, it is safe to assume that it'll probably receive more updates at the very least. That being said, I have received every update the moment they come out on mine.

I did get the processor exploit fixes the day after the vulnerability was announced which was incredible and I don't think another others had been patched yet. However, V.64 started rolling out last week and I have not received the update yet. I did get V.63 though within ~24 hours of release. All updates have come very quickly after announcement, but just not necessarily first.
