• Internet Explorer is not available to download on the Pixelbook or on any Chrome OS device. Not sure why you would want to, though. The Chrome browser is far more capable and versatile than Explorer (in my opinion.) I really don't think you would miss it.

• No, since this is a Chromebook the IE browser is not compatible.

• No, the default and normal browser is Chrome. It is a Chromebook after all. IE is not available on any other OS, Mac, Linux, etc. You can get Edge from the Google Playstore, an Android app. You can also get other browsers from the Chrome webstore and the Google Playstore.
