• Yes, but keep in mind it is the GOogle Play Store Android app version. FOr basic stuff in each Word, Excel and Powerpoint, it's fine. But if you're working outside of OneDrive for files, working with big powerpoints or want to do macros in Word, it's not that great.

• Yes you can, through the Google Play Store. Although, I prefer the Webbased 365 versions.

• Office 365 can be installed on ChromeOS, it is a subscription. You have Google Docs Sheets and Slides pre-installed which can read/write/download/send as a Microsoft extension

• If they are on the Google play store which you can check on Google play through the website then you should be able to install it on your chromebook.
