The Google specifications for the Pixelbook Go state that the display is constructed of Corning Concore Glass. Concore glass reputedly has similar hardness and durability qualities to Gorilla Glass, but the two Corning products are used differently. Gorilla Glass is used as an additional layer of glass which is laminated on top of the display panel, which results in a thicker display panel. Concore Glass however, is used as an integral part of the display panel; it comprises the top layer of the display panel, rather than a separate layer on top of the display. Using Concore Glass results in a thinner and lighter display panel. I hope that you find this information helpful. And if you are curious, the Pixelbook Go is really a great Chromebook!
