How many devices can this router handle null

Mine is handling 10 devices at a time. Internet does slow down at times .it is not the device but the service provider who is asking me to upgrade if I connect those many devices.

I have about 30 Hue Lights, 5 PCs, 10 sonos speakers, 2 Ring and 4 Arlo. Not problems yet

At least 250 if it's not a total P0S.

One connected device (hard wired) and unlimited devices with wireless
