This is one of the sharpest action cams on the market. It shoots in 10-bit color, so you should have no problem with high res/quality video, as long as there is good lighting. It is not the best low light performer, but no action cam is great at low light. If you download the GoPro Quick app, you'll be able to see what you shot right on your phone, then just screen share to the television. Hope this helps!

If you want to play the videos to a television directly from the camera, you'll want to get the Media Mod for the HERO11 Black as well. The Media Mod has an HDMI port that would allow you to connect the camera to an HDMI port on your television.
