Can you up load from the camera null

It’s very slow. I have not been able to get anything of value off the camera. A few pictures at a time. Videos or more than 4 or5 get lost in the transfer. The camera is a huge disappointment.

Upon setup of the camera you start an acct through your phone. Pics and videos go to app. You can upload from the app.

Yes, you can upload using the included USB-C cable by connecting the camera to your computer and using the free GoPro software. You can also move the content to most smartphones by pairing the GoPro to the phone using the GoPro app. Also, if you want to sign up for a GoPro Plus subscription, you can set up the camera to connect to your home wifi system and upload directly from the GoPro.
