“Hello, how long does it take to fully charge? And is it possible to buy an extra battery and would I be able to swap batteries out?”

• Our experience has been about four hours to get fully charged however we’ve never taken it past the 40 mile range will usually recharge it once it hits the last charge bar out of the three on the screen!

• Hi Ifra, Thank you for your interest in our products! The GMAX Ultra Electric Scooter takes 4-5 hours to fully charge. You can buy a replacement battery, however, you won't be able to swap batteries out in the middle of a ride since these batteries are designed to be replaced just if required (troubleshooting) or after several years.
