Why won’t my scooter turn on. Had it charged all night null

It's garbage. Same thing happened to me after only having it for 3 weeks. They send a replacement part but that didn't fix the problem. GoTrax now wants me to pay to ship it back to them before they'll do anything. Their customer service is as terrible as their product.
