Can this be used for canning? null

The answer to your question is a big resounding NO. It is NOT SAFE to can any food in electric pressure cookers. You must use only approved pressure canners to can low acid foods. This item is a cooker only, not a canner.

Not sure, I doe have a sterilize setting that could be used for the jars & lids.
