“Hello, I already own Greenworks Lawn Mower that came with an 80v 4Ah battery. I was wondering if the 80v 2Ah coming with the Cultivator/Tiller would work with my Lawn Mower and what the difference between 4Ah and 2Ah on the Lawn Mower.”

Hello Bob - Essentially the difference between the 4Ah and 2Ah is weight and runtime. The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is on the battery, the more run time the battery can offer. 2.0Ah batteries yield a shorter run time of about 10-15 minutes in a mower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will work with your mower but the 2AH battery won’t run as long as the 4AH battery. If you’re working on a larger area, having the additional battery available will keep you going for both the cultivator and your mower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have multiple Greenworks tools and batteries. The 2 amp hr will work in the lawn mower but wont last as long. I have used 2 and 4 in my leaf blower. The 4 has a little more wind speed and last a bit longer. Both work though.
