Hi SamH. Thank you for your question. Ensure the detergent as been diluted correctly as per the bottle, or a ration of 10 parts water and 1 part detergent. Once the soap tank is ready, installed the black soap nozzle on the end of the wand. If any other nozzle is installed on the wand, no soap will come out.
