    • Answer Hi Kole. Thank you for your interest. The pressure washers come with a standard 25ft cord and and 25ft high pressure hose, giving you a nice range of 50ft. You can use any detergent, we simply recommend to have the detergent to water be a ratio of 1 parts detergent, 10 parts water, 1:10.   • QuestionI have one green work 1500 PSI,when I use it the water came out the soap tanto what is the problem ?can you help me ?

    • Answer Hello there - When using the soap function, the black 75-degree tip is necessary for the right amount of air and soap mixture to allow the soap tank to expel soap into the water line and mix. If you have not changed the tip, the other tips will not allow for this. This tip expels soap and water as low-pressure high volume to coat your surfaces prior to rinsing with a high-pressure tip. The soap tank will only release if you use the black soap nozzle. If you add any other nozzle or a high-pressure soap applicator the soap tank will not be activated.     • Answer Hi GOPACKGO. Thank you for your question. No, there is not removable plug. If there is detergent left in the tank, fill detergent bottle with clean water. Siphon water at low-pressure for one minute so that all detergent is flushed through system. From there you can disconnect the power cord from the outlet. Pull the spray gun trigger to release the remaining pressure from the machine. Engage the trigger safety lock-out on the spray gun. More information can be located in the owner's manual.     • Answer Hi budd. Thank you for your interest. Soap will only be dispensed when liquid pressure washer soap is in the soap tank, and the short black soap nozzle is attached. The pressure washer has sensors that detect when the soap nozzle is attached to the wand, and then the soap will be mixed with the water.
