- Answer Hello, I just purchased this Greenworks 1900 PSI Electric Pressure Washer from BestBuy, and this machine does have plenty of pressure. I do have a two-level home here in Phoenix Arizona. Now, for me to pressure wash the upper windows and screens on my home, I purchased (2) 17" long extender rods that extend the length of the pressure wand. You can purchase these extender rods on Amazon or Temu at a reasonable cost.

- Answer Hi Colton. Thank you for your question. All threaded connections on our pressure washers are an M22 14mm fittings and our units use 1/4-inch quick connect nozzles. We hope this helped!

Turn the spray wand clockwise until the tabs lock into position. QuestionIf using a 500 gallon water tank to supply, is an external pump necessary?

- Answer Hi Curious, Thank you for your question. You should only require an additional pump if your water pressure from the water tank is insufficient. Greenworks pressure washers requires at least 35 P.S.I of constant pressurized water flow. This would be standard when the unit is connected to a household waterline. Please be advised anything less than 35 P.S.I of consistent pressurized waterflow will cause extra stress on the pump and motor, resulting in wear and premature failure. We hoped this helped!

QuestionI used the pressure washer for the first time today, and the high pressure hose had several kinks in it. I stopped several times to unkink it, but it would happen again after a few minutes. Does this get better with time, or do I need to do something?

QuestionWhat’s the difference between this one & the 5112102 model ? That one costs a whopping $100 more and it’s only 2000 psi. This one is 1900 psi. What gives ? Why ? Please explain. Is it the material, motor, hose, warranty? Thank you & God bless you !
