Hello there - we're happy to tell you how to clean this griddle accessory for your range! This is a cast iron accessory, so you would need to clean it before your first use by using hot water only (no soap) and letting it dry. After cooking, make sure the griddle cools and pour off excess grease. Proceed to wash the griddle in hot water with a sponge or stiff brush, and make sure you don't use any scrubbing pads or steel wool. Once it's washed, dry the accessory with a towel and apply a light coat of cooking spray or vegetable oil.
