The same for me!!! Purchased in March & still trying in July!!!! I’m just going to a tax preparer or go Turbo Tax. The H&R Block Link on their website is down permanently. Best Buy should refund, but they don’t. This software by H&R Block seems like a scam. I’ve called Total Tech Support through Best Buy & they can’t do a thing. They seem to be non English Speakers & just reading pre read script.
