• A:Answer The light below the dial should show if the unit is on. If that light is on you may try turning the temp up with it empty and Turing to an hour. From there if the heating elements don’t turn on I would just return it. It could be a defective one.

Q: QuestionIs this oven and included pans PFOA and PTFE free? The fumes from those nonstick chemicals, at certain temps, KILL pet birds and I want to make sure this is safe in our home.
