Can it be used in a country that uses 220v? null

This is battery operated with battery within the speaker. You charge it through your computer, therefore don't have to worry about plug ins. The cable for charging through your computer is included.

You could probably use it because the included cable is actually a USB type A that plugs into a wall adapter. I would think you could use a power adapter to fit your country power plug or you could just charge it via the USB cable without the wall plug.

It charges via USB. So you just need the cable. Anywhere you can plug the cable, it will charge. So yes, in Russia or England it will work. Even on a plane.
