A:AnswerThis soundbar IS NOT compatible with dish tv remote. Mine arrived tonight and I couldn’t pair it. Tried Hisense customer service, they were beyond useless. I tired Dishtv customer service and they tried to no avail. This is inexpensive for a reason. I’m returning this item and cancelling other Hisense items (a new kitchen) just based on the interaction with them. Beware of this brand and it’s “support”.

A:AnswerI think it would but don't quote me on this. In my case my tv's remote controls both but there are times in which the remote that came with the soundbar needs to be used.
