Hi Art, Thank you for choosing the Hisense 32A4NF and for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please ensure that the sleep timer setting is switched off. To check this go to your TV settings and arrow down to System, and press the right arrow to get to the system options. Arrow down to Time, and press OK. You should see Power On Time and Power Off Timer. Make sure they are both set to off.
