• If you go into the settings menu to enter your password, a keypad will pop up for you to use the arrows on the remote to put in your password

• Use your remote TV. Select setting, Down load software. very easy. then select what ever program you want on your TV. I did all of my new TV's (5) Thank you, Ms Cookie
