Hello goku25jason, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 43A6G. To resolve this issue, please change the HDMI 2.0 format to enhanced. To do this, first select the input your device is connected to (HDMI 1, 2 or 3), then press the menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Picture > HDMI 2.0 Format > Enhanced.
