“How do I enable HDR?? I recently purchased this TV but both my XBOX and playstation say that my TV does not support HDR 10 when the box CLEARLY states HDR + HDR 10!”

Hello goku25jason, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 43A6G. To resolve this issue, please change the HDMI 2.0 format to enhanced. To do this, first select the input your device is connected to (HDMI 1, 2 or 3), then press the menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Picture > HDMI 2.0 Format > Enhanced.
