“I bought the 50QD5N and I am very much pleased with the purchase. But, on the box, it says it comes with DTS-X. In settings, it says Dolby Atmos. Which is correct?”

Both. Dolby Atmos is for sound and DTS x is For the picture. It's a little more complicated than that but yes it has both.
