Q: QuestionHas anyone had an issue with the TV storage? I am seeing an issue where all google services keep stopping and the tv is unusable. Cannot modify settings or uninstall apps as it constantly shows error messages.

• A:Answer Yes this is the worst “smart tv” we own! We u fortunately brought three INSIGNIA branded tv’s and all have the very limited internal storage capacity with pathetic software that does not allow you to merge external source devices with the internal. I also own a Ruku smart tv that has NEVER given these error messages. As inexpensive as memory is this is an inexcusable limitation built into these tv. Additionally the lack of concern to simply address this in a firmware update make look elsewhere for future purchases.

Q: QuestionI was wondering if there is any input lag when playing on a PS4, not a ps4 pro but the Regular PS4. Usually tvs try to upscale the image and that is why you get input lag. Does this tv have any gaming modes?

Q: Questioncan this TV support screen share or screen mirroring from an android phone? 2nd question how is the picture quality on this? how is side viewing? what about from natural light from a window shinning in?

• A:Answer Yes you can cast to the TV from an Android phone using the Chrome Browser or Windows computer using the Chrome browser or VLC. You can also use screen mirroring from an Android phone.

Q: QuestionCan this TV download any app that I want? Such as free TV apps like Pluto, STIRR and TV app? Also does this TV allow me to check if I had cameras inside and outside the house can I check them right from this TV?

Q: QuestionMy stand is only 40" wide, will the legs when mounted on the tv fit the stand?

• A:Answer The TV has two positions for the stand. The wide position is just inside the 48" width of the TV (around 45"). The narrow position is about 3" more narrow on each side...so about 38".

Q: QuestionBought a 55H8F last night and this morning while watching DirecTV, the tv is intermittently muting audio through my Sony BDV-T57. HDMI from DirecTV to tv on input 1 (audio through tv is fine) and hdmi and Optical audio to the Sony system. Please help!
