“I just buy a Hisense u7h 55" and cannot activate HDR or VRR on my PS5 nor the Xbox series X , is there a guide on how can I activate those .....both consoles indicates the tv is not compatible”

Your console should be using HDMI 3 or 4 that run at 4k 120 Hz. Go to imputs and then hit the menu option in your remote under the volume key and make sure you have enhanced HDMI format enabled. Hope that helps
