Hi GameCooker, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55U7H. Yes, the TV supports 4K @ 120 Hz. The U7H is a very good TV for use as a PC monitor. It has low input lag for a responsive desktop experience, with very little delay between your actions with your mouse and the cursor moving on-screen. Visibility is good in a bright room thanks to its excellent SDR peak brightness and good reflection handling, so you don't have to worry about glare.
