“My TV 65H6510G is stuck in a resetting loop. I cannot get to the factory reset via the remote as the screen goes black. I tried doing a soft power reset but it did not work. Still in the loop.”

https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/firmware-download Download the firmware to a USB drive, plug into TV. And it will take about 10 minutes to reset
