You only have a small amount of memory on the tv itself about 4 gb. Check and see what is available on your tv. Stop the download and try to redownload the app if the memory is not full. You may also check to see if there is a recent update that needs to be installed.

The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
