“Just recently i have started to have issues with our TV. i can turn the TV on with my remote but after 2-5 seconds it turns off automatically. Not sure what to do from here and any help would be appreciated.”

This is an issue with their automatic updates. Their is currently a class action lawsuit. You might try reaching out to them on Twitter, but the file they sent to us to "fix" the TV bricked it immediately.
