“Hisense, are you aware the U8K app called "Media Center" has glitches in need of a Firmware Update? If you watch a movie from a USB card, you see it the first time. But try to watch again and the U8K shuts the movie off after one second. Please fix this.”

Are you kidding me? You want us to call or email Hisense support? I've tried that multiple times and got nowhere since no one at Hisense knows anything about their own product. Just warm-blooded bodies reading from scripts. Hisense support is a complete joke. Don't anyone ever bother contacting them. It's a complete waste of time.
