Not unless you pay additional for set-up.. Delivery is only for "delivery to your house". No set-up.

Yes! As long as it wasn’t a custom surface like brick, the basic mounting covers the wall install. The tv is HEAVY so it took about an hour, but they did a great job. Even hid some wires and mounted some basic stuff!
