Ask the agent to update the delivery address. • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, they can usually change it. • If it’s already in progress, you may need to cancel and reorder with the correct address. 3. If you placed the order using your Best Buy account, you can also go to BestBuy.com → Orders → your order → Request a change, but most delivery-address changes must still go through customer service.
