Yes you can, just say "Hey Google Bluetooth Pairing" and it will go into pairing mode. Them go to your laptop and look for the device.

You would have to get a chromecast audio and hook it up to the speakers with a Aux cable. The Mini doesn't have bluetooth which is its only downfall.

It is my understanding that unless your computer has built-in Chromecast, it can not connect to the mini.

The Google Home’s Only drawback is the fact u can’t BT in. Go get a JBL Charge. Best little speaker ever, $89 at Best Buy
