• I asked my Google how to say several words in French and she pronounce them. So I would assume that she could communicate in French.

• Yes, the Google Home understands both English, and French. as well as many other languages. Any one command needs to be in only one language. You cannot say: “Hey Google, set a time for quince minutos, por favor. “ mixing English and Spanish would not be understood.
