“Can the Home Mini listen to a given room?”

• You can assign a Google Mini to a specific room in your home, but when you say "Ok Google" the nearest one will respond. It doesn't know where you are when you ask the question. The way to keep more than one from responding at once is to group them together through the app.

• It should. They're now capable of determining distance when there are multiple devices around. So whichever picks up your voice the best should be the one taking your requests. Is it perfect? From what I've read, probably 75% success rate (which is just OK I guess)

• you can talk to another room if you have the big google one talking to the smaller google home

• Yes, we have our Goggle Mini in the kitchen/family room area get good results in those two rooms.
