An electrical outlet, WiFi and smart phone. That’s it. Oh, and a google account.

Just a wifi connection and a device to load the Google home app, A smartphone or tablet

Just need internet access through a wireless router.

you would at least need wifi network. this would provide basic functions, ask questions, get weather etc... for setup you would need a smartphone or tablet. I don't think you can from a computer, but I could be wrong. if you want it to do anything like automations. tv control, lights etc.. you would need that equipment.
