• its not really a question but assuming your asking why it can't change channels. Its not cable of this because it has no IR beam. Get a harmony system and it could do it.

• Yes, it turns TV on but will not change the channel for you. It will however, change the programming if you ask it to see a special movie in Netflix or you tube
