• Yes. Once you established the Wi-Fi connection, you can set up Google Home Mini using your phone or tablet. You will need to download the Google Home app for setup. After the setup, you're good to go and Google Home Mini will work even without your phone. But you'll still need the Google Home app on your phone for changing setting and configurations.
