• Yes it works with my iPhone and my Android Samsung tablet.

• Technically yes but no. If you for some reason decide to connect it as a Bluetooth device, if someone calls your cell phone it will rain just like any other Bluetooth device. However, it generally will not rain notify you of a cell phone call. If you use Duo, you can make and receive phone calls through the Mini.
