• Yep, works just like Echo, tell it what you want to listen to and it will play.

• It can be used just as a Bluetooth speaker but I would probably buy a Bluetooth speaker if that’s all you’re wanting it for because there are a lot of additional settings with the mini

• I have it turn my heater up and lower it when I am about to fall asleep and am too lazy to go downstairs or pick up my phone and control the Nest Temp in the phone. It can be used to control the lights etc once you have them installed. Excellent and handy helper. It also plays with pandora or Spotify/
