• No, but im sure its a work around through IFTTT where you can make a command to do this really easily. IFTTT.com

• You cannot use Google home to make emergency calls. It makes that very clean when placing a call. The unit will probably be able to call 911 but since the service is handled by voip (voice over internet protocol) the 911 operator would not know where the call is coming from.
